Kaizer Chiefs Sporting Director Kaizer Motaung Jr. welcomed the guests warmly and spoke about the importance of collaboration among African football clubs.
“Building bridges across the continent is essential for the growth of our game. We are delighted to host ZESCO United and share our experiences,” he said.
The ZESCO delegation toured the Chiefs’ world-class training facilities, youth academy, and administrative offices, gaining valuable insights into the club’s operations.
Honour Janza described the visit as enlightening and praised the Chiefs’ professionalism and infrastructure.
“This experience has given us new ideas and motivation to enhance our own club’s standards,” Janza said.
Both clubs indicated plans to pursue future collaborations.
This visit underscores a growing trend among African clubs to collaborate more closely for the advancement of football on the continent.
