Kaizer Chiefs have kicked off their rebuild in emphatic fashion with a string of new signings in July 2025. The Glamour Boys have officially unveiled five players this month, strengthening key areas across the pitch as they look to return to glory under head coach Nasreddine Nabi.

🔹 Paseka MakoLeft-back
The experienced former Orlando Pirates fullback has made a sensational switch to Naturena. Mako brings with him pace, composure, and tactical awareness. The 30-year-old is expected to slot into the left-back role with immediate effect, offering depth and experience.

🔹 Thabiso MonyaneRight-back
Another arrival from across town, Monyane is a tenacious right-back known for his high work rate and aggression. Still in his prime at 25, he’s been brought in to inject energy into the Chiefs’ defensive flanks and offer versatility on the right.

🔹 Ethan ChislettAttacking Midfielder
Returning to South Africa after a stint in England with Port Vale, Chislett adds flair and creativity in the final third. The 26-year-old playmaker has signed a three-year deal and is expected to be a focal point in Chiefs’ attacking system.

🔹 Flávio SilvaStriker
Standing at 1.87m, Silva is a traditional No.9 who made waves in the Indonesian league last season. The Portuguese striker joins Amakhosi as a marquee signing to solve their long-standing goal-scoring woes.

🔹 Nkanyiso ShingaLeft-back/Centre-back
Fresh from FC Alverca in Portugal, Shinga is a solid defensive reinforcement. The 25-year-old offers flexibility as both a fullback and center-back, bringing a continental edge to Chiefs’ backline.
